Management Team
Our management team in Arlington is a close knit group who often participate together in hobbies outside of the restaurant. You may find them together some mornings playing disk golf together at Veteran's Park; and at other times, you might find them on Lake Grapevine sailing what they consider the "high seas".
General Manager, Colin Bailey, began his career at Mac's as a cook, while working his way through college. After graduation, he was promoted up the chain of command until he became the General Manager over 10 years ago. His leadership and commitment to service and quality has helped Mac's become a fixture in the Arlington community. Colin is an avid sailor, scuba diver and woodworker.
Rogelio Aguirre has worked at Mac's in Arlington since he was hired as a cook in 1994. Rogelio was promoted to Kitchen Manager in 2000 and has done an excellent job of maintaining food consistency and quality ever since. He has always been one of Mike and Rena's "go-to" guys and is always willing to help out with special functions. Rogelio's off time is spent focusing on his wife and soon-to-be four kids.
Ryan Worland has been with us since 2001 when he began his career as a waiter and a bartender, cook and key employee. He later transferred to our Arlington restaurant as a manager, where his experience has proven a valuable asset to our management team. Ryan is an avid disk golfer and is an excellent soccer player.
Henry Goodrich began his career with Mac's at our Arlington location in high school in 1898 working as a host. He worked his way through nearly every position in the restaurant until leaving to attend the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After graduation, Henry worked for a cruise line and later as a chef at several other restaurants. He recently returned to Arlington after serving as general manager at our Plano restaurant. His current duties include working with MIke on menu development and development of new recipes. His hobbies include jazz, cooking, and volunteering for his alma mater.
